We opened the office in October 2009. It took a few months to work on all of the details! I think I will always be continually working on it, always adding and redesigning where I feel needed but for now it's PERFECT! A little bit of vintage lace and a whole lotta LOVE! 

We are located on the second floor of an old victorian home! Since it is a victorian home and we love all things vintage we decided to create an eclectic feel and combine it with shabby chic style!

I share the office with two amazing women who also happen to be spectacular wedding vendors! 

Nic. Roc. Designs- Invitation and stationary design! Specializing in custom design invitation for those who dare to make a colorful statement! Their Philosophy- Vibrant and Unpredictable.

Teale Photography- Wedding, Event, and Portrait Photography! She specializes in weddings and loves love. Her passion for photography began in her travels around the world in the attempts to capture priceless unforgettable faces. She loves knowing that no matter where she goes there will be new colors and faces to tell stories. Each wedding has many faces and tells a beautiful story. 

Meet Shaffer our Beta fish- We named him after the first owner of the historic home our office is located in. 

Come and relax anytime in our Little Italy Office! We would love to meet with you! One of the wonderful benefits of being located in Little Italy is the multitude of Italian restaurants a couple of blocks away. So after our meeting (or maybe even during our meeting) you/we can head on down to Mimmos for a wonderful italian meal or to Pappalecco  for some gelato or coffee! So please come stop by, tell us all about your wedding or event and let us take care of the rest and while you are here enjoy a bit of Little Italy!

Sweet Cheeks Baking

This week we received a wonderful package full of goodies from Sweet Cheeks Baking, and to show our appreciation I wanted to share this wonderful bakery with all of you!

“Sweet Cheeks Baking Co. is a fun, motivated, all-woman company, driven to encourage healthy ingredients in otherwise fabulously rich & delicious cakes, cupcakes, snacks & cookies, and breakfast breads. Our goal is to sneak in quality items such as flax seed, whole wheat, wheat germ, fresh juices and purees, and even gluten-free flours when necessary...never losing sight of the most important ingredient: great taste!

Donna Cellere, "The Left Cheek," formerly cooked for both Presidents Clinton & George W. Bush, Jr. at The White House and created chocolates and soufflés at the French Embassy as well as the Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo. She is a stickler for organization and cleanliness from her NAVY background and is a fabulous dancer to boot! She has been baking her whole life and continues to crank out amazing cakes one after the other with perfection.

Elaine Palminteri Ardizzone, "The Right Cheek," has owned & operated restaurants and now the bakery since graduating from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. To aid with flavor pairing and creation, her Sommelier degree from the Court of Master Sommeliers helps with both ideas for flavor combinations and the Sweet Cheeks' unique cake tasting format of "Component Tasting." She operates the business and designs the cakes from inspirations gathered thru art, nature, tattoo, and of course from clients' interests.

Sweet Cheeks Baking Co. has an amazing combination of talent, both in baking and design, and has been featured on FOOD Network's "Road Tasted with the Neelys" for their signature "Chewy Chocolate Cheeks" and Cheebee's Best Carrot Cakes as well as recently on TLC's "Ultimate Cake-Off" through our decorators Charity George & Christy Russell. Look for us again in the near future with more potential TV spots...Go team!” –Elaine

While searching through florists the other day, one fantastic florist in particular caught my eye- Classic Creations. Their harmonious centerpieces set the ambiance of any event.

Couture Photo Shoot

We recently had a photo shoot for Couture's new marketing campaign. We really wanted to reflect the style and feeling of Couture Events. Very vintage, very fun, and very much about the details! Here are some of my favorite shots.

Enchanted by HoneyDew Favors

Today I met up with my good friend and fabulous wedding professional Ani Kitsinian ( HoneyDew Favors ) and she showed me some of her newest and most beautiful creations. I have never seen such attention to detail... just AMAZING! She makes and sells favors for every occasion and creates spectacular flower arrangements that I just had to share with all of you!
